Güglingen, June 19, 2023 – hep global GmbH recently became the target of a cyber attack. This was detected immediately. Following protocol, the first step was to immediately take all potentially affected systems offline and isolate them. Thanks to further immediate measures and close cooperation with authorities and external IT security experts, hep was able to ensure business continuity.
The investigation into the cyber attack is still ongoing. It is already foreseeable that the publication of the audited consolidated financial statements 2022 will not take place until after June 30, 2023. For this reason, in accordance with § 7 (b) of the terms and conditions of the bond 2021/2026 (ISIN: DE000A3H3JV5), the interest rate for the interest period from November 18, 2023 to May 17, 2024 will temporarily increase by 1 percentage point from 6.5% p.a. to 7.5% p.a. The publication date for the consolidated financial statements 2022 will be announced by hep in the financial calendar on the company website at www.hep.global/green-bond.
