hep solar projects GmbH is part of the hep global group and finances the realization of photovoltaic projects via group loans. Accordingly, the issue proceeds of the hep Green Bond 2023/2028 are to be extended to existing or future companies of the hep global group in the form of market-rate, unsecured group loans with a term of up to approximately three years. The loans will be used entirely to finance the hep global Group’s “services” business unit, which focuses on the development and construction of photovoltaic plants.
